Who are we?

The Northern Endoscopy Centre is a purpose built and fully accredited Private Day Hospital that specialises in gastroenterological procedures including upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, capsule endoscopy and infusional therapies.  The centre has been serving the northern suburbs of Adelaide since 1985 and offers first class facilities with a highly trained team of experienced gastroenterologists, anaesthetists and nursing staff, who will make your treatment as pleasant as possible.

Appointments

Procedural appointments at the Northern Endoscopy Centre are scheduled in advance once we have received your referral from your doctor and you have completed pre-admission documentation necessary for hospital triaging.

Our hospital personnel are carefully trained to handle telephone calls. The medical receptionists may handle some calls or, if it requires further information, refer them to a nurse or physician. Medical questions should be directed to the office during regular hours.

Changes to an appointment

If it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment, please notify the office as early as possible.

EMERGENCY SITUATION

If there is an emergency please go to your nearest Emergency Department or phone an ambulance if necessary.
